About these terms
This website is operated by IT4SME Pty Ltd (IT4SME, we, us, our). By browsing www.it4sme.com.au, submitting a form, registering for an event or booking a call through it, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
These terms cover the website only. The work we do for clients is governed by the proposal, quote, statement of work, licence or support agreement we sign with you.
Using this site
You are welcome to read, print and share our pages for your own business purposes. You agree not to:
- Use the site for anything unlawful, misleading or damaging to others.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its hosting or any connected system.
- Interfere with the site, introduce malicious code, or place an unreasonable load on it.
- Scrape or harvest content or contact details for bulk marketing.
- Submit false information, impersonate someone else, or send abusive content through our forms.
We may restrict or block access where we reasonably believe the site is being misused.
Intellectual property
The content on this site, including text, layout, diagrams, graphics and code, is owned by IT4SME or used with permission, and is protected by copyright. You may not copy, republish or adapt it for commercial use without our written consent.
Product names, logos and brands referenced on this site, including NVIDIA, Citrix, Nutanix, Microsoft, Island and Sophos, belong to their respective owners. We reference them to describe the technologies we deliver. Their use does not imply any endorsement of this site beyond the partner relationships we describe.
Client names, logos and quotes shown in our case studies are published with the client's permission and remain their property.
Enquiries, bookings and events
When you submit an enquiry, register for an event or book a discovery call, you agree that the details you give us are accurate and that you are authorised to give them. We treat that information in line with our privacy policy.
A form submission or a booking is an enquiry, not a contract. It does not commit either of us to anything until we agree scope, pricing and terms in writing. We may need to reschedule or cancel a call or an event, and we will give you as much notice as we reasonably can.
Information, not advice
The material on this site describes what we do and how the technologies we deliver generally work. It is general information, not technical, legal, security or financial advice for your environment. Performance, sizing, licensing and outcomes depend on your workloads, your users and your existing infrastructure. Figures, results and case study outcomes describe specific engagements and are not a promise of the same result elsewhere. Before you act, talk to us so we can assess your situation.
Third party links and embedded content
This site links to other websites and embeds a Microsoft Bookings calendar on our contact page. We do not control those services, we are not responsible for their content or availability, and a link is not an endorsement. When you use an embedded or linked service, that provider terms and privacy statement apply to your use of it.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep this site available and current, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error free or free of viruses. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site, and update the information on it, at any time and without notice.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties and conditions that are not expressly set out in these terms, and we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of data or business interruption arising from your use of this site or your reliance on its content.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that the law says cannot be excluded. Where the law permits us to limit our liability, our liability for anything connected with this site is limited to resupplying the relevant information or paying the cost of having it resupplied.
Your agreement with us takes precedence
If you are an IT4SME client, the proposal, statement of work, licence, subscription or support agreement between us governs that work. Where anything in these website terms conflicts with that agreement, the signed agreement wins.
Privacy
How we collect, use, store and protect personal information is set out in our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland. You and IT4SME submit to the non exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland and the courts able to hear appeals from them.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version always lives on this page, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
